Please check your inbox for a Welcome Email from orders@catraktech.com. It will have a link to activate your account and set up your admin password which you will need to set up your company and drivers in the Drivestream portal.

‍Getting Started Account Creation & Setup
Once you receive your welcome email please login to https://fleet.drivestreamgps.com/login to continue setting up your account and add drivers/field technicians.

Drivestream Plus Transmitters
Each Drivestream Plus license includes an OBD-II transmitter to connect your vehicle directly to the Drivestream platform.  Your transmitter(s) will be processed and sent to the shipping address you provided during checkout.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.  Once shipped, tracking details and shipping confirmation will be provided to you via email.

Subscribers can access the admin portal and begin setup of their fleet before receiving the transmitters. Once you receive your transmitters, please add them account via the Transmitter menu in the admin portal before installing on the vehicle. Full transmitter onboarding instructions can be found on our Onboarding Guide.
