Mark Richardi
Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Catrak

Mark Richardi serves as the CEO and co-founder of Catrak Technologies, the developer of theft prevention solutions and Drivestream. Richardi is a leader in transportation, technology, and finance, with more than 35 years of experience. Richardi’s innovation experience includes the successful launch of three tech ventures over the past ten years, serving as a founder and CEO. He holds three patents for theft prevention in transportation equipment components. His experience also includes five years as an officer for a NYSE-listed truck rental and leasing company, Rollins Truck Leasing. Another key accomplishment is the successful launch of the first off-lease transportation asset inspections and appraisals solution for global banks. He holds a bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF).

John Rollins
Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Catrak

John Rollins is the Chief Operating Officer and a co-founder of Catrak, the developer of theft prevention solutions and Drivestream. With a wealth of leadership experience, Rollins has held various roles, from founding startups to senior positions in major public transportation and banking firms. He spent his early career with his family business, Rollins Truck Leasing (RLC), which ranked as the third-largest truck rental and leasing service in the U.S. At the time of its sale to Penske Truck Leasing in 2001, Rollins had over 250 branches, 50,000 vehicles and annual revenues of $600 million. Additionally, he was the Senior Vice President at MBNA Bank (NYSE:KRB), which was acquired by Bank of America in 2006. Since that time, Rollins has founded and led several companies in the transportation, transportation technology, and healthcare sectors. Currently, he serves on the boards of several organizations, offering his expertise. He earned his bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University and attended the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Bowers has been CEO of a public company, Chief of Staff and GM Corporate Services at Applied Materials, and advisor to the CEO of Philips Electronics. His approach to finance and operational excellence is grounded in his experience leading covert operations with the UK Special Forces.
